Studies show that (HIIT) is one of the fastest ways to lose weight no doubt. But that is not the only way 10-15 min a day of a light workout will also bread results, just not as fast as (HIIT). The more you workout and consume the proper foods the easier it becomes and more lower belly fat will fall off.

Exercise regularly. Exercise will help burn fat and boost your metabolism. It will also help you to feel better about yourself. Stay positive.
